<p>Kforce is working with a local Pittsburgh, PA based client in search of an Enterprise Sales Representative.</p> <p>Summary: The client is eeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within enterprise-level accounts, selling a suite of data quality and audience targeting solutions. The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong B2B/B2C sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. This role reports directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the enterprise customer base </li><li>Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships </li><li>Conduct needs analyses to understand client challenges and align solutions accordingly </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and IT professionals </li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts </li><li>Lead negotiations and manage the contract process to close deals </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and support </li><li>Use CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Pardot, Zendesk) to manage pipeline and optimize sales processes* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field </li><li>Minimum 5 years of successful enterprise-level B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, email hygiene, or data services </li><li>Proficiency with sales automation platforms such as Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Pardot, or Zendesk </li><li>Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals </li><li>Strong understanding of email marketing, data solutions, and the digital advertising ecosystem </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills </li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in achieving sales goals </li></ul>
