<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Summary: Greeting, connecting and establishing a rapport with guests while maintaining a level of store appearance and accomplishing pawn production goals</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Testing/cleaning items to maximize store profitability </li><li>Research values of a product correctly </li><li>Remove all personal data off electronic items to maintain previous owner's confidentially when the product is eligible for resale </li><li>Accurately record brand/model/serial number/guest info and detailed descriptions with State and City accordance's </li><li>Ensure guest's loans and purchases are located and stored properly </li><li>Effectively promote our CashPass Visa card </li><li>Maintaining a clean work environment </li><li>Attend regular pawn trainings and store meetings </li><li>Enforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention in the specific location </li><li>Achieve pawnbroker key performance indicators (KPI) </li><li>Other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>$18.00 - $22.00 an hour</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Formal Education and Experience Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Point of sales systems </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Stand or sit (stationary position) 20 % of day </li><li>Walk (move, traverse) 80 % of day </li><li>Use hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position) 100 % of day </li><li>Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (ascend/descend, work atop, traverse) 20 % of day </li><li>Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (position self to, move) 30% of day </li><li>Talk/hear (communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information) 100% of day </li><li>See (detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, assess) 100% of day </li><li>Taste/smell (detect, distinguish, determine) 100% of day </li><li>Pushing or pulling 20% of day </li><li>Reaching 20% of day </li><li>Repetitive Motion 20% of day </li></ul> <p>Lifting Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects </li></ul> <p>PAL Management, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
