<p>Description</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Business Systems Analyst - Sr, IAM works with business partners within one or more business unit to align IAM solutions with business strategies.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IAM solutions can strategically assist and support. </li><li>Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of IAM solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. </li><li>Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements. </li><li>Align IAM resources and processes in order to meet the client organization's needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>5+ Years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst </li><li>3 Years of experience leading and supporting successful IAM projects </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrable IAM technical skills and ability to learn IAM technology </li><li>Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing. </li><li>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines </li><li>Prior experience as a Business System Analyst; including experience with creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio </li><li>Strong organization, written and oral communication skills </li><li>Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details </li><li>Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion </li></ul> <p>#Hybrid</p> <p>#LI-SG1</p> <p>#LI-BM1</p> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
