We are training the next generation of Christian leaders to take the cross to more job sites, churches, industries, and nations than ever before.</p> <p>Point University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach Spanish courses for its Dual Enrollment program, which serves students from public school systems, private schools, and homeschool settings. The primary teaching responsibility will be:</p> <ul> <li>SPAN 101: Spanish I </li><li>SPAN 102: Spanish II </li><li>Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the subject field; doctorate preferred. Applicants with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the subject area or significant professional experience in a relevant field may be considered. </li><li>Effective teaching ability/excellent communication skills </li><li>Basic computer literacy </li><li>Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred </li><li>Experience with Canvas LMS preferred </li><li>Willingness to be a professional role model and mentor. </li><li>Commitment to undergraduate education, professional growth, service, and scholarship in a distinctively Christian setting, including agreement with the University's mission and goals, values, and doctrinal statement. </li></ul>
