Come build what matters.</p> <p>In this position...</p> <p>You will tackle our most complex business problems to optimize profitability and transform insights into clear, actionable recommendations that set the direction for where Bronco Sport and Bronco will play and how they win.</p> <p>As a key member of the Product Line Performance- Enthusiast team, you will own and drive critical projects and workstreams that shape the future of Bronco Vehicles.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <p>Structure and analyze complex strategic questions related to market dynamics, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to shape the Enthusiast Vehicle strategy.</p> <p>Manage key strategic initiatives within the General Management (GM) pillar & fill the pipeline with future high-impact strategic projects</p> <p>Actively Identify, scope and/or lead multiple projects opportunities for structural cost reduction by benchmarking competitor performance and analyzing internal operational and financial data.</p> <p>Support development of milestones, and project timings and frameworks</p> <p>Apply consumer insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory and market trends to see opportunities to improve existing or create new products and services within Enthusiast line up</p> <p>Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and guardrails for Enthusiast Vehicles to track progress and highlight risks and opportunities.</p> <p>Serve as a key partner to the Truck, Utility, and Enthusiast general management teams and ensure alignment between their strategies and the overarching Ford Blue strategy.</p> <p>Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations that communicate data-driven strategic recommendations and performance updates to leadership.
