Sinai-Grace operates more than 21 outpatient care sites and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Wayne and Oakland Counties and is one of 10 hospitals in the nation to be awarded a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation grant to help set the standards of cardiac care for hospitals and physicians throughout the nation.</p> <p>Summary Description</p> <p>The Licensed Paramedic, under the direction of the Registered Nurse, acts as a member of the healthcare team to perform delegated patient care duties in the department assigned.</p> <p>The Paramedic holds shift accountability for providing care to patients in accordance with recognized techniques, standards of practices and hospital policy and procedures.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ol> <li> <p>Graduate of an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic training course.</p> </li><li> <p>Paramedic experience required. Experience in emergency room preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Required: Current licensed as EMT-P. BLS. ACLS.
