<p>The Role</p> <p>We are hiring a Strategic Operations Associate to partner directly with our Head of Training & Client Advocacy. This role will be central to building and scaling the operating foundation for some of the company's most mission-critical teams, ensuring we deliver consistently excellent experiences to our customers at scale.</p> <p>You will own projects that increase operational efficiency, improve visibility across teams, and ensure we're ready for what's next-before it arrives. From running cadences and building dashboards to designing systems and implementing cross-functional initiatives, this role is for someone who loves to get things done, thrives in ambiguity, and brings rigor to everything they touch.</p> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>You bring order to the chaos. With your analytical mindset, you love building dashboards, workflows, and operational processes to ensure clear SOPs for our success. </li><li>You're an autonomous driver. You can be an independent project owner who others can rely on to hit tight deadlines against competing priorities. </li><li>You can anticipate future roadblocks and proactively identify bottlenecks before they emerge. This will be especially important as Peregrine scales across regions, product lines, and customer types. </li><li>You maintain the team's steady rhythm through cross-functional changes and pivots. You'll run the best operational cadence for the team to have the correct information with clear next steps. </li><li>You have a builder's mindset - you get excited about solving operational puzzles, creating systems, and improving what already exists. </li></ul> <p>What We Look For</p> <ul> <li>2-5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar function </li><li>Prior experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment is a strong plus </li><li>Strong project management skills with a high degree of ownership; you're able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with clarity and follow-through </li><li>Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, or automation tools (Zapier, Retool, etc.) is a plus </li><li>A strong communicator who brings clarity to complexity and keeps teams aligned </li><li>A team player who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings and is energized by mission-driven work </li><li>Located in San Francisco and willing to work in the office </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
