<p>Physical Performance Coach - Brøndby Women (Maternity Cover with Permanent Role)</p> <p>As part of the continued development of our performance setup, we are now looking for a Physical Performance Coach for a maternity cover from the beginning of May to July 1st, which will transition into a permanent part-time position within the club's performance team.</p> <p>This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an ambitious elite environment where physical performance, data-driven training, and player development are central to the daily practice.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>As a Physical Performance Coach, you will be part of a multidisciplinary performance team and work closely with the club's Head of Performance, coaching staff, and medical team.</p> <p>You will play an important role in the daily planning, implementation, and monitoring of the players' physical training, ensuring that the team's physical preparation supports competitive demands of elite football.</p> <p>The role requires a hands-on, proactive, and data-informed approach to physical performance, with the ability to translate performance data into practical training decisions both on the pitch and in the gym.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan and deliver physical training in collaboration with the Head of Performance </li><li>Implement and monitor strength, power, and conditioning programs for first-team players </li><li>Manage and analyze tracking and load data from training and matches </li><li>Monitor player workload and physical performance KPI's </li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of injury prevention strategies </li><li>Collaborate with medical staff on return-to-play processes </li><li>Support weekly training periodization in relation to the match schedule </li></ul> <p>We Are Looking for Someone Who</p> <ul> <li>Holds or is currently undertaking a relevant degree in sports science, exercise science, physical training, or a related field </li><li>Has hands-on experience with GPS / tracking systems and load monitoring in a performance environment </li><li>Possesses strong competencies in data-informed performance monitoring </li><li>Can translate performance data into practical training decisions </li><li>Thrives in a high-performance and elite sports environment </li><li>Is ambitious, development-oriented, and motivated to work in elite football </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>A role in an ambitious and professional performance environment within one of the leading women's football clubs in the Nordics </li><li>Close daily collaboration with the club's Head of Performance and performance staff </li><li>A working environment focused on high standards, innovation, and player development </li><li>The opportunity to contribute to the continued development of physical performance in a club undergoing strong professional growth </li><li>A permanent part-time position following the maternity cover period - with potential for more hours added to the position. </li></ul> <p>Deadline: 6th of May - we will have ongoing conversations during the period.</p>
