These include, but are not limited to: gas emergencies, gas odors, requests for gas repair service, meter turn ons, meter shut offs, meter investigations, and meter exchanges. The department maintains a 24/7 operation and is responsible for answering the "emergency police and fire lines".</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ol> <li> <p>This position will require the satisfactory completion of company training programs and oral exams must be successfully passed.</p> </li><li> <p>Qualified applicants must pass a pre-employment/pre-placement drug test in accordance with D.O.T. regulations. Random tests will be given.</p> </li><li> <p>Availability to work 24/7 shift work.
