<p>Laborer</p> <p>Maintenance</p> <p>The Laborer will:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general construction labor under foreman supervision </li><li>Assist skilled tradespeople to support timely project completion </li><li>Operate hand and power tools safely (drills, saws, mixers, etc.) </li><li>Follow all safety policies and wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read, comprehend and transmit detailed instructions. </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines, to concentrate and pay attention to details. </li><li>Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and in a courteous manner with Hospital Personnel. </li><li>Work requires prolonged standing and the ability to walk, climb ladders, lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds and heavy objects up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Work requires exposure to unpleasant odors. </li><li>Valid and in good standing driver's license issued by the state of New Jersey preferred due to the possibility of driving a facility vehicle to our various locations. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: 18.00 - 26.58 USD</p> <p>We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
