<p>WHO:</p> <p>Englefield Inc. is launching an exciting, new, Fast Casual restaurant concept. We are looking for Restaurant General Managers who have a strong sense adventure, the ability to be flexible, and the know how to grow a great concept</p> <p>What:</p> <p>As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on day-to-day activities of the restaurant. This includes initiatives in the areas of administrative responsibilities, Interviewing, hiring, training & development, Performance reviews, Scheduling, Product Quality, Inventory Cost controls and Maintenance while usually working a 45-to-50-hour work week.
