Your duties will include skilled carpentry such as repairing doors and fabricating partitions, as well as the installation and maintenance of electrical circuits, lighting, and motors. You will manage plumbing systems by installing fixtures, clearing drains, and maintaining steam and water lines. Additionally, you will service heating and air-conditioning units, repair commercial kitchen appliances, and maintain various refrigeration systems. Your technical responsibilities extend to masonry work for foundations and walkways, roof and gutter repairs, and the consistent upkeep of the facility's lawns.
