<p>TAMKO is seeking a Revenue Accountant at our corporate office in Galena, Kansas to support the company's revenue management operations. Reporting to the head of Revenue Management, the Revenue Accountant will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing pricing and rebate programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Other duties may also be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to manage billing and rebate revenue processes </li><li>Responsible for ad hoc revenue reporting and analysis along with approval of pricing requests </li><li>Perform implementation of price increases and analysis to discover price erosion </li><li>Analyze price erosion trends and recommend strategic pricing adjustments </li><li>Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for management through use of visualization and/or data analysis tools, presentations, and other communication methods </li><li>Assess current processes and control environment for continuous improvements </li><li>Assist or manage special projects related to revenue operations </li><li>Drive automation initiatives in collaboration with IT to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency </li><li>Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and support business goals </li><li>Adapt thinking and approach in a fast-paced and changing operating environment </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent, is required </li><li>CPA is preferred </li><li>Experience with pricing is preferred </li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP, Vistex, and Salesforce is preferred </li><li>Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) </li><li>Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and WebFocus </li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to pricing activities </li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills </li><li>Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings </li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to quality improvement </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements/Work Environment</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
