<p>STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER</p> <p>You will play a critical role in protecting and strengthening our relationships with ProService's most high-impact clients. This role is centered on client retention, risk mitigation, and issue resolution-not renewals or upselling. You will act as the internal lead for addressing service escalations, anticipating client concerns, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Your ability to build trust, manage complexity, and respond with urgency is essential to delivering a consistent and high-value client experience.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic accounts-owning overall client satisfaction, continuity, and engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively identify and resolve service issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring clients experience timely, coordinated support</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate structured client check-ins and feedback loops to assess sentiment, uncover risks, and drive continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Partner internally to elevate client feedback, advocate for resolution, and influence operational enhancements</p> </li><li> <p>Track and manage client status, escalations, and follow-ups through Salesforce and other tools to ensure transparency and accountability</p> </li><li> <p>Reinforce ProService's value through consistent communication, responsiveness, and expertise across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance services</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING</p> <p>You're a relationship-driven problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment. You can hold your own in executive conversations, navigate internal complexities, and deliver high-impact outcomes without needing authority to lead.
