Develop benchmarking and reporting data to ensure consistent processes are followed in developing/analyzing business solutions/processes. Develop and monitor business plans, scorecards and operating budgets. Support and participate in teams by gathering, analyzing and ensuring the integrity of data.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze data and provide input to measure the performance of corporate managed business relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities. Monitor, track and report supplier performance measures using established performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify data elements of various information systems in order to create and generate reports regarding savings, performance measurements, budget performance, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and participate in teams by gathering and analyzing data; supports all management</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation and compilation of business plans, budgets and scorecards</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare presentations using various PC applications</p> </li><li> <p>Work with matrix teams to identify process problems and recommend solutions in accordance with Improvement Technology processes</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with all levels of management to coordinate data analysis & business improvement efforts</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Information Systems or equivalent experience.</p> </li><li> <p>5 years experience in financial or other data analysis experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>As a leading combination electricity and natural gas energy company, Xcel Energy offers a comprehensive portfolio of energy-related products and services to 3.4 million electricity and 1.9 million natural gas customers across eight Western and Midwestern states.
