<p>Job Description</p> <p>Performs a variety of technical diagnostic and patient care procedures under the direction of a clinical professional.</p> <p>Job Responsibility</p> <ol> <li> <p>Performs practice specific technical procedures based on specialty area.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs technical procedures under the supervision of a clinical professional, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>May prepare patient for examination.</p> </li></ol> <ul> <li>Explains procedure/test/exercise/examination in easy-to-understand terms based on professional knowledge. </li><li>Sets-up equipment or exam room to administer procedure. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Monitors patient condition. </li></ol> <ul> <li>Directly observes patient during procedure/test/exercise/examination. </li><li>Recognizes and promptly reports to the physician changes in the patient's condition and/or motor abnormality complaints by the patient. </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li> <p>May maintain medical records. Logs and documents procedures, tests, exercises and examinations performed, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>May maintain supply inventory for assigned area.</p> </li></ol> <ul> <li>Checks completeness of purchase order requisitions. </li><li>Reviews stock levels, storage locations and utilization of film inventories, medical and surgical supplies. </li><li>Receives and stocks supplies. </li></ul> <ol start="7"> <li>Performs related duties, as required. </li></ol> <ul> <li>ADA Essential Functions </li></ul> <p>Job Qualification</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required. </li><li>Graduate of an approved program in practice technical specialty, preferred. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).</p>
