<p>New Accounts Sales Representative - Powersports Location: Ferndale, MI | Schedule: Monday to Friday | Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Sales - Powersports Reports To: Sales Manager</p> <p>Position Overview Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a driven New Accounts Sales Representative to join our Powersports team. In this in-office role based in Ferndale, MI, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by qualifying inbound leads, generating new business through outbound prospecting, and guiding accounts through the onboarding journey. You'll also provide expert knowledge on our products, processes, and competitive advantages. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is persistent, independent, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about Powersports and enjoy building lasting customer relationships, this is the opportunity for you.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities Customer Communication</p> <p>Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text during business hours</p> <p>Provide professional, sales-focused communication to drive conversions</p> <p>Relationship Building</p> <p>Develop strong relationships with key staff of new accounts to build trust and loyalty</p> <p>Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams</p> <p>Engage with vendors to encourage lead generation</p> <p>Product & Company Expertise</p> <p>Master Turn 14 Distribution's tools, processes, and competitive edge</p> <p>Offer detailed guidance on our services and product catalog</p> <p>Contribution to Company Initiatives</p> <p>Support brand launch goals and other strategic company projects</p> <p>Help uncover new opportunities in targeted market segments</p> <p>Vendor & Brand Knowledge</p> <p>Participate in vendor-led training to stay informed on new products</p> <p>Maintain expert-level knowledge of Powersports brands within your segment</p> <p>Sales Targets</p> <p>Meet or exceed lead generation, revenue, and margin goals</p> <p>Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities</p> <p>Competitive Intelligence</p> <p>Analyze competitor strategies and adjust positioning accordingly</p> <p>Collaboration</p> <p>Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions</p> <p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales outcomes</p> <p>?
