Keep reading.</p> <p>CL&D, a division of ProMach, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Representative based in Oconomowoc, WI. This is a hybrid role, with a balance of time working from home and collaborating in the office. In this position, you'll partner closely with customers and internal teams to bring branded consumer products to life-supporting projects from initial planning through production and delivery.</p> <p>Are you motivated by managing details, building strong relationships, and seeing projects through from concept to completion?</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships while upholding CL&D's reputation for quality and service </li><li>Manage small- and large-scale projects, including new product launches and design changes, ensuring all customer requirements are clearly documented and communicated </li><li>Develop a working knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, pre-press, press capabilities, rewinding, and finishing requirements </li><li>Coordinate all job details, including internal handoffs, approvals, color expectations, job changes, and preparation of job standards or samples </li><li>Partner with schedulers, managers, and shipping teams to align production schedules and deliveries, keeping customers informed of status </li><li>Facilitate pre- and post-production meetings and support customer inventory release programs as needed </li><li>Address customer questions and concerns related to technical, quality, workflow, and business matters, including basic cost discussions </li><li>Support your assigned team or POD with purchase orders, project coordination, workflow accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
