As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. The BCBA conducts comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, the BCBA provides essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.</p> <ul> <li>Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines </li><li>Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) </li><li>Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations </li><li>Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations </li><li>Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings </li><li>Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers </li><li>Stay current on research and evidence-based practices </li><li>Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI </li><li>Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators </li><li>Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR </li><li>Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly </li><li>Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board </li><li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field </li><li>Experience working with children ages 0-16 Years-old </li><li>0-5 years working with children with developmental disability </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations - REQUIRED </li><li>Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed </li><li>Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Center Based Services </li><li>Location(s): 41769 Enterprise Circle North Ste 104 & 105, Temecula, CA 92590 </li><li>Consistent 3-hour |1v1 sessions for deep clinical impact. </li><li>Sustainable standards (25+ billable hours). </li></ul> <p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
