This role is ideal for a seasoned Program Manager who excels at driving clarity, coordinating across business and technical teams, and delivering polished insights to leadership.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate multiple projects across business, data, and technology teams </li><li>Build clear, executive ready reports and presentations </li><li>Interpret and validate financial and capital markets data </li><li>Support Snowflake migration and AI related governance workstreams </li><li>Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure milestones stay on track </li><li>Strengthen communication and alignment across stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of proven IT Program/Project Management experience </li><li>Advanced Excel and strong analytical reporting abilities </li><li>Background in fixed income finance, financial accounting, or capital markets </li><li>Experience in operational risk management </li><li>Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination </li><li>Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools </li><li>Ability to interpret complex SQL queries </li><li>Exposure to Snowflake or AI governance initiatives is strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>If you're a senior PM who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys bridging business and technology, we encourage you to apply.
