<p>Company Description</p> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>Dungarvin is a national organization of privately owned companies that are dedicated to providing high quality, community-based supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people who are faced with mental health, behavioral or significant medical challenges, and to children and their families.</p> <p>Pay $18.90/hour</p> <p>Company Benefits/Perks:</p> <ul> <li>401k plan with a 3% employer match after one year of services </li><li>Company-provided hardware and cell phone stipend </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>PTO that increases with tenure </li><li>PTO donation program </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Free life insurance and free long-term disability insurance </li><li>Supplemental insurance, FSA, and HSA </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>Growth and development opportunities </li><li>Employee referral program </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Job mobility options within Dungarvin's 15 states of services </li><li>Discount on your personal Verizon monthly bill, among other national discount programs </li></ul> <p>Job Description</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>The Office Manager will provide administrative support and work cooperatively with all staff in expediting the general flow of work pertaining to the office and program, including reception, general office/clerical duties, and administrative projects.</p> <p>The Office Manager will be communicating, coordinating and ensuring consistency across multiple departments..</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage day to day operations of an office site </li><li>Executive level communication that is applicable statewide </li><li>Coordinating and managing multiple projects </li><li>Participating in development of state procedures, and investigating and identifying resources </li><li>Ensuring office functions are conducted efficiently and accurately </li><li>Overseeing the use of office equipment and supplies </li><li>Maintaining office records, files, and billing </li><li>Assisting program managers and directors in completion of administrative tasks </li><li>Acting as Local Help Desk contact for Directors, Program Managers, and state personnel, fielding IT-related questions </li><li>Scheduling building maintenance </li><li>Participate in committees </li></ul> <p>Hours:</p> <ul> <li>Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What Makes You a Great Fit:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>High school diploma or GED certificate is required </li><li>At least 2 years related administrative experience (experience in an office setting strongly preferred) </li><li>Experience providing administrative support to manager- or director-level team members </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects </li><li>Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizational levels throughout the organization </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint </li><li>Be able to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing </li><li>Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record </li><li>Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Dungarvin believes that diversity and inclusion make our organization stronger.
