<ul> <li>Works from blueprints, CATIA models, company standards, work instructions and performs necessary calculations using shop math to fabricate parts, complete assemblies and subassemblies. </li><li>Modifies completed assemblies and sub-assemblies per engineering drawings. </li><li>Works in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures </li></ul> <p>NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains a clean and organized work area.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes tasks within assigned work times.</p> </li><li> <p>Determines work to be accomplished to complete assignments within established schedules and plans accordingly</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately logs computerized labor data collection for time and attendance tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists other personnel on specific job assignments.</p> </li><li> <p>Sets up and operates standard shop equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Conceives and manufactures shop aid tools, as necessary, to improve repetitiveness and cost with approval of management.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs all other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years' experience in metal or composites, or related experience, or training from a technical school or military training. </li><li>Able to work from blueprints, sketches or diagrams. </li><li>Able to set up and operate all standard shop equipment. </li><li>Must have required hand tools. </li><li>Able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. </li><li>Must not be allergic to resins, aluminum dust, glues, epoxy adhesives or fiberglass. </li><li>Able to stand approximately 8 hours a day. </li><li>Able to work well with other team members. </li></ul>
