<p>Chemist applies scientific principles to the formulation of materials to create new products and/or refine current products. Conducts research, analysis, and experimentation on products or raw materials, for such purposes as product and process development and application.</p> <p>This role will support our Paint Manufacturing facility in Cary, IL.</p> <p>Scheduled Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm</p> <p>Annual Salary: $ 58,955.00 to $75,000.00 based on skills and qualifications</p> <p>Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).</p> <ol> <li> <p>Investigates and develops new technology and methodologies. Conducts research on manufactured products to develop and improve products. New product development.</p> </li><li> <p>Researches new and/or alternate raw materials for cost control, plant economies and for the purpose of creating new products or improving existing products.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
