This leader's team calls on specialty clinic offices, and is accountable for the demand generation for our Ambulatory Infusion Clinics. This leader will continue the build out of their team, management structure, and processes through rapid expansion into new markets across the country. They will report into the Chief Growth Officer and work very closely in partnership with the Vice President of National Specialty Solutions, Vice President of Specialty Operations, Ambulatory Infusion Clinic leadership, Marketing and other cross-functional teams. This leader must understand and develop a World-Class Selling organization for their team through establishing a winning and collaborative culture, hiring and developing top talent, and performance management of a high performing team. This leader must help further develop, expand, and utilize capabilities, tools, and processes for market leading demand generation.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Sales Leadership for a physician clinic sales team targeting a group of specialty therapies </li><li>Accountable for demand generation in our Ambulatory Infusion Clinics </li><li>Expand team and capabilities into new markets with Ambulatory Infusion Clinics </li><li>Responsible for team design, culture, hiring, and performance management to establish and maintain a high performing team and World-Class Selling Organization </li><li>Partner with Ambulatory Infusion Clinic leadership to drive growth & performance </li><li>Partner with National Specialty Sales Leader to maximize growth opportunities across different therapies </li><li>Establish, manage and measure robust sales practices and utilize tools, technology and reporting </li><li>Partner with Commercial Enablement team to identify opportunities, deploy resources, and drive performance </li><li>Refine GTM strategy in partnership with sales, operations and AIC leaders </li><li>Establish development & training with Training team </li><li>Partner with Marketing on sales and marketing messaging, tools, campaigns, etc. </li><li>Lead Management Presentations </li><li>Support and enable team in field with key accounts </li><li>Develop and execute against key Pharma Manufacturer partnerships </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?</p> <p>(i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.)</p> <p>No</p> <p>Yes X</p> <p>Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> <p>10+ years demonstrated experience as a top-level sales performer in the healthcare industry</p> <p>10-15+ years' experience in sales management/leadership role</p> <p>Experience leading physician office / specialty clinics sales</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional leadership skills and capabilities leading large national teams with multi-functional collaboration </li><li>Demonstrated ability to grow and scale team - growth mindset/capabilities </li><li>Ability to problem solve and analyze data and trends </li><li>Demonstrated experience in effectively hiring, developing, and managing the performance of a large team </li><li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. </li><li>Excellent strategic focus and proven ability to drive results. </li><li>Excellent customer focus and putting the patient first. </li><li>Exceptional ability to gain alignment, support and communicate with the Operations teams. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software </li><li>Strong internal function collaboration skills (Sales, Operations, Managed Markets, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance.) </li></ul> <p>Physical Demand Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work on a personal or laptop computer for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to operate general office equipment (phone, printer/copier/scanner) </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements: (if required)</p> <p>60% - 75% for business purposes</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree preferred </li><li>Experience in physician office / specialty clinics sales strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:</p> <p>Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.</p> <p>Pay Range is $207,234.63-$345,398.55</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance </li><li>Paid Time off </li><li>Bonding Time Off </li><li>401K Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match </li><li>HSA Company Match </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>myFlexPay </li><li>Family Support </li><li>Mental Health Services </li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Award/Recognition Programs </li></ul> <p>Option Care Health subscribes to a policy of equal employment opportunity, making employment available without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship status according to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or genetic information.</p>
