This position will report to the HITT University Manager and is responsible for supporting and contributing to key learning and development initiatives and training activities to meet the needs of HITT team members.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Works with the Learning and Development team to develop, organize and communicate HITT University class schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Works with the Learning and Development team to promote classes and content.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as the Learning Management System (LMS) database administrator for HITT. Supports tasks such as:</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on training activity and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Managing learning campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining the content catalog and course offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing registrations, withdrawals, waitlists, and rosters for learning events in the LMS.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitating LMS training to end users.</p> </li><li> <p>Serving as liaison between client and technical resources as required; escalating issues as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Responding to team members inquiries related to the LMS; manage the HITT University inbox.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting of enterprise-level learning and development projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports HITT U Instructors facilitating live, virtual classes.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring course materials in the LMS are current.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring course materials and sign in sheets for in-person courses are distributed in advance.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicating team members, managers, and stakeholders regarding any changes to the course schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Working with Administrative Services to ensure training rooms are properly set-up for class.</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting instructors as needed prior to and during class.</p> </li><li> <p>Running evaluation reports as requested.</p> </li><li> <p>Working with SMEs to update existing learning materials and develop new online or instructor-led training programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify new opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and overall team member experience, including development and transition of upcoming customized LMS.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or Education.</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years demonstrated experience in the end to end management of a Learning Management Systems (LMS); Workday experience strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written); able to work in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong presentation skills and ability to work with senior leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to design, develop, update, and implement instructional materials; familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Organized and self-directed with the ability to multi-task and work independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Word</p> </li><li> <p>Strong initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.</p> </li><li> <p>Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master system administrator tasks and grow skills of learning development.</p> </li></ul> <p>HITT Contracting, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
