Everyone's happy, because they have the right tools to stay compliant and new ways to create value.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li>Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for top-tier financial services organizations </li><li>Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first </li><li>Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows </li><li>Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships </li><li>Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce </li><li>Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience </li><li>Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products </li><li>Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' businesses - and ours </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <p>Travel requirements will be based on the needs of our client</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 plus years of experience with one of the following:</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Credit Transformation Initiatives: Spearhead the redesign of lending processes, including streamlining credit approvals, integrating AI into decisioning, aligning front-line execution with client segmentation, and designing target operating models for the credit lifecycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Enhance Risk Management Practices: Oversee improvements in risk governance, including restructuring credit functions, optimizing loan review protocols, and strengthening loss mitigation and recovery strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute Core Credit Risk Functions: Perform and supervise credit underwriting, risk rating (single and dual), and credit analysis across various asset classes. Ensure sound risk identification and measurement aligned with regulatory expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop Advanced Risk Methodologies: Design and validate credit risk models-PD, LGD, EAD-and pricing frameworks for commercial and retail portfolios. Ensure models support accurate capital allocation and risk-based pricing.</p> </li><li> <p>Build Risk Analytics & Reporting: Create comprehensive credit risk dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to risk leaders and business executives.</p> </li><li> <p>Navigate Regulatory Requirements: Apply deep knowledge of CECL and IFRS 9 to support allowance methodologies and ensure compliance with GAAP and global accounting standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage Technology & Tools: Select and implement credit workflow and risk platforms (e.g., Moody's, S&P, nCino). Ensure systems enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive Client Engagement: Present recommendations and project outcomes to senior stakeholders. Deliver high-quality documentation, presentations, and communications to ensure alignment and transparency.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor & Lead Teams: Guide cross-functional teams, manage onshore/offshore delivery models, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Credit risk management</p> </li><li> <p>Policy and governance</p> </li><li> <p>Portfolio management and analytics (risk ratings, loss forecasting, early warning, management reporting), reporting and regulatory compliance (including CECL/IFRS9 etc.),</p> </li><li> <p>Credit risk data management, technology and platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Counterparty Credit / Market risk management including IR, FX, Equity etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Policy and governance</p> </li><li> <p>Economic Value of Equity, Net Interest Income and IRRBB</p> </li><li> <p>Portfolio management and analytics (e.g., VaR, ESs, XVAs etc.), regulatory compliance and reporting including FRTB, FFIEC etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Market risk data management, technology and platforms</p> </li><li> <p>3 plus years of experience in risk and regulatory management consulting from a competitive firm in a similar oversight role</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with a minimum of 1 of the following:</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated abilities to manage projects and/or client consultations in the Treasury domain</p> </li><li> <p>In- depth understanding of balance sheet management and/or financial risk management and relevant SR letter knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing and advising points of view on balance sheet and financial risk management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading large engagement teams and people development</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with exposure to Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Banking and Finance, Engineering and Business, Finance & Investment Analysis, International Business, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
