In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Starting pay: $16.60/hour </li><li>24 hours per week: two day shifts and two evening shifts </li><li>General cleaning of hallways and other common areas. </li><li>Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. </li><li>Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. </li><li>You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. </li><li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>No experience? No problem.
