<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Chapter Lead in Johnston, RI.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Chapter Lead will collaborate with the vendor of software engineering skills to ensure quality and accountability to the project </li><li>Set expectations for vendor teams to maximize the value delivered to internal business clients </li><li>Review code-based work products to ensure the delivery of quality software </li><li>Adhere to internal software engineering and security standards as well as external industry practices </li><li>Enable and support the members of the vendor team through administrative tasks </li><li>Act as a technical leader overseeing a vendor-driven software engineering team </li><li>As a Technical Chapter Lead, you will acquire and share domain and technical knowledge with the team </li><li>Engage with solution architects and product owners as a technical SME </li><li>Ensure alignment of strategic direction for the work product delivered by the vendor team* 7+ years in software engineering and team leadership with C#, .NET, SQL, REST, GraphQL, and Javascript/React </li><li>2+ years managing and developing technical teams, including onboarding </li><li>Experience with Docker, GraphQL (Hasura/Apollo Client), and software testing (ADO/Playwright) </li><li>Experience with Agile/SCRUM and vendor team management </li><li>Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and performance optimization </li><li>Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure code reviews </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps, CICD/YAML pipelines </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills </li><li>Detail-oriented in identifying code and architecture issues </li></ul>
