<p>What does the Director Corporate Finance Development do at Swire Coca-Cola?The Director, Corporate Finance Development is the company's senior finance leader responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities that expand revenue, profitability, and long-term strategic positioning. This role leads enterprise business development and strategic infrastructure initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate long-range strategy into executable, Board-governed capital programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, with a dotted line to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader ensures business cases are analytically rigorous, strategically sound, and positioned for executive and Board decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment, and a proven track record of delivering Board-ready insights that drive disciplined, long-term value creation.Responsibilities:</p> <p>Lead enterprise-wide review, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment of Strategic Infrastructure initiatives, including network modeling investments, major facility and capacity projects, and other Board-governed capital programs. Serve as the primary CFO-facing owner for Strategic Infrastructure business cases, leading strategic narrative development, investment rationale, risk framing, and executive recommendations to support executive and Board decision-making. Partner with FP&A to lead the strategic and financial evaluation of growth and Strategic Infrastructure initiatives, including market sizing, valuation, ROI, and NPV analysis. Act as the primary interface for Strategic Infrastructure governance, supporting DEB and Board review processes through development of materials, recommendations, and executive-level decision support. Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of approved business development and Strategic Infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment to approved scope, sequencing, and value creation objectives. Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions; support due diligence, integration planning, and post-close value realization as required. Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on the business development and Strategic Infrastructure pipeline, performance metrics, and realized value.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field required Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, finance, or commercial leadership roles required. Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams required. Experience supporting Board-level capital governance, infrastructure planning, or M&A preferred. Excellent communication, executive presentation, and governance facilitation skills.</p> <p>#LI-AI1</p>
