<p>Job-ID: 16002; Location(s): Broomfield, CO</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>The Sales Excellence Specialist is a key driver of Viega's success with a consistent focus on analyzing large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency. This role will analyze and evaluate current business processes, primarily in field sales, to identify areas of improvement. This will require researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems modern. Critical thinking, problem solving and effectively communicating will be core attributes to success.</p> <p>Job Description Details</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain standardized business intelligence that provides valuable insights for effective strategic decisions. </li><li>Create and maintain dashboards and other reporting in PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis/visualization tools to support overall Sales Excellence objectives. </li><li>Design Salesforce reports that offer insights into sales team efficacy and that highlight scalable ways to grow. </li><li>Apply statistics and other analytic techniques to identify creative tactics to drive sales team or sales leadership productivity. </li><li>Build and execute project plans to deliver on time and on budget Sales Excellence projects. </li><li>Conduct onsite or virtual training or meetings as needed. </li><li>Collaborate cross functionally with work teams in field sales/sales leadership, in Viega LLC corporate, and in Viega corporate. </li><li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions, webinars, educational </li><li>workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies </li><li>Complete timely employee activity - including assigned eLearning, expense reports, and time use. </li><li>Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. </li><li>Travel up to 10% of the time. </li><li>Work nonstandard work hours occasionally. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects to multiple stakeholders at once </li><li>Demonstrated willingness to be proactive in taking on projects </li><li>Ability to identify optimal way(s) to achieve stakeholders' objectives on analysis, including creating compelling presentations and reports </li><li>Understanding of how to interpret and apply marketing metrics and incorporate into research and recommendations </li><li>Ability to identify key insights from large, disparate sets of data and present them in clear, concise manner, building in recommendations based on analysis </li><li>Ability to influence and secure support from cross-functional team members </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI; </li><li>Excellent analytical skills (forecasting, trending, economic feasibility, profitability analysis, budgeting) </li><li>Solid interpersonal skills and can work well with all levels of the organization </li><li>Ability to analyze moderately difficult to complex customer purchase history, draw conclusions based on analysis and recommend ways to expand product offering </li></ul> <p>Education, Certification/License & Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>B.A. degree required (preferably in research or analytics) </li><li>2 - 4 years of experience in related field (Marketing, consumer research, analytics, etc.) </li><li>Experience in Excel, PPT, Word and other similar applications required </li><li>Experience in building data models with visualization tools such as PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.</p> <p>Wondering if you should apply?
