You lead workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design and configure Oracle solutions aligned with best practices, and partner with client business and technical teams through testing and deployment.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify functional and technical requirements and develop solution designs</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and facilitate CRP and design workshops</p> </li><li> <p>Guide testing, cutover, and go-live activities</p> </li><li> <p>Build trusted client relationships and support sales pursuits when needed</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with offshore and onshore delivery teams</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement Oracle Subscription Management capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Configure subscription products, renewals, amendments, and billing flows</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of relevant/hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription and related modules</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in/with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a consulting delivery model</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated knowledge and strong understanding of order-to-cash and recurring revenue models</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have a Oracle Sales Cloud Certification</p> </li><li> <p>You have Order Management or Financials Cloud experience</p> </li><li> <p>You have prior consulting experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
