Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Support solution design and configuration across multiple solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Support and deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Deliver customer workshops. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates and content. Deliver solution training to customer project members. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas and deliver according to specification and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must include three (3) years involving each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>SAP NetWeaver System Administration, Configuration, and Technical Performance Tuning;</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle administration, root cause analysis, technical performance optimization, and troubleshooting;</p> </li><li> <p>Structured Query Language (SQL);</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Workload Analysis, including performance tracing and load analysis;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP ABAP Programming, debugging, optimization analysis including proficiency in the ABAP development workbench;</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Performance Optimization and configuration of SAP HANA; and</p> </li><li> <p>Data Volume Management analysis of an SAP NetWeaver system including identification of data volume growth optimization.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated customer sites to attend advisory meetings.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
