In this critical role, you will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC and environmental control systems, maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents and staff.</p> <p>If you're a skilled HVAC professional with a passion for top-quality service, we invite you to join us and make a meaningful impact in our senior living community.</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, ideally in a residential or commercial setting. </li><li>Valid heating and/or air conditioning license as required by the state. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively. </li><li>Commitment to safety and quality service while maintaining compliance with industry standards. </li><li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. </li></ul> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation. </li><li>Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance. </li><li>Monitor and adjust environmental controls for optimal comfort and compliance. </li><li>Collaborate with the maintenance team and respond promptly to urgent HVAC needs. </li></ul>
