<p>A Kforce client located in the Grand Rapids, (MI) area has a need to hire a highly skilled SEC Reporting Manager with strong technical accounting expertise and public company experience. Ideal candidates will have a blend of both public and industry backgrounds. This role will also support Investor Relations and play a key part in global close and forecasting processes.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare 10-Q/K schedules and analytical reviews for auditors </li><li>Support internal, tax, bank, and external audits </li><li>Assist with Investor Relations activities </li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations, standard entries, and intercompany balancing </li><li>Prepare quarter-end analysis files for Controllers </li><li>Manage international close with US GAAP adjustments </li><li>Roll forward balance sheet forecasts </li><li>Update assumptions based on trends </li><li>Load trial balances, complete cash flow forms, and post eliminations </li><li>Distribute reports for DocuSign signature </li><li>Ensure all controls are completed* 3+ years of experience </li><li>Public company experience (industry + public accounting preferred) </li><li>Strong technical accounting skills </li><li>Proficiency in Excel and financial systems </li><li>Ability to work independently and cross-functionally </li></ul>
