<p>Job Description and Duties</p> <p>Point of contact for procurements and FI$CAL related needs. Provides guidance and instruction to ensure consistency and compliance with State Contracting Manual (SCM), State Administrative Manual (SAM), California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) policies, and applicable codes. Evaluates and interprets purchasing methodology utilizing SCM, SAM and CDFW policies.</p> <p>Reviewing program asset management logs and coordinating inventories to ensure consistency and compliance with State Administrative Manual (SAM) and California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) policies. Assist the Program Asset Managers with assigning asset tags and enter newly purchased items into Fi$Cal.</p> <p>Monitor and advise program of telematics issues and coordinate repairs and upgrades to the Program's Fleet assets.
