The assistant will maintain logs of radiographic image quality submissions and help create data summaries for use in education, quality monitoring, and committee reviews.</p> <p>This role is designed for a student enrolled in an undergraduate Radiologic Technology program.</p> <p>Salary: $17.30- $45.00 hourly</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. </li><li>Ability to tolerate a highly ambiguous environment and meet multiple demands </li><li>Ability to respond calmly to the emotional reactions to others and diffuse highly volatile situations </li><li>Ability to build consensus and ensure open dialogue among individuals and groups, emphasizing commonality in values, mission and opinion. </li><li>Didactic knowledge in modality imaging techniques including an in-depth knowledge of radiological physics, hardware/software and quality control procedures. </li><li>Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations governing Medical Center activities, including University policies and procedures. </li><li>Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Power Point </li><li>Knowledge of Radiology Information Systems and Hospital Information Systems. </li></ul> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
