You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and ensure that every roofing project is executed flawlessly, and on time while representing Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Start all jobs with meeting with the business owner </li><li>Oversee work of all project managers </li><li>Pick up or order all materials for job </li><li>Perform quality control on all jobs </li><li>Approve time cards/ commission reports </li><li>Collect payment on all projects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer data entry </li><li>Former experience managing staff/personnel </li><li>Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face </li><li>A track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas </li><li>Customer service focus and diligent mindset </li><li>Previous experience working with roofing, masonry, or commercial construction </li><li>Willingness to work long hours during busy season </li><li>Ability to work two Saturdays per month March through November </li><li>Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$50K to $80K potential commensurate with experience </li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance </li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) Plan </li><li>PTO, Vacation and Holidays </li><li>On-site gym with showers - free access </li><li>Company truck and fuel provided for sales appointments (this is not a take home vehicle) </li></ul> <p>Bone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
