You'll work in digital platforms regardless of the channel you work on and if you don't know it, we'll teach you.</p> </li><li> <p>You'll lead the industry by looking for future-facing opportunities, areas to invest in and upcoming trends within the marketing industry.</p> </li></ol> <p>Role Summary & Impact As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will support the activation and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms. You've already grasped the fundamentals of paid social and are now ready to dive deeper - taking ownership of executional workstreams, tracking performance, and collaborating with media partners. You'll also begin to flex your strategic thinking and get exposure to client-facing work and cross-functional opportunities within the Groupe.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Social Campaign Management</p> <ul> <li>Forecast in-platform and create media plans based on campaign objectives, benchmarks and historical performance in a timely manner. </li><li>Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn & Pinterest. Meta, TikTok & Snapchat preferred. </li><li>Monitor campaign pacing and performance; identify optimization opportunities and flag delivery issues. </li><li>Set up tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, etc.) and QA assets and campaign builds to ensure flawless execution. </li><li>Maintain platform fluency - stay up to date on features, betas, and best practices through self-guided learning and partner education sessions. </li></ul> <p>Platform & Financial Operations</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate budgets and spend forecasts; actualize spend and reconcile invoices in internal systems (e.g., Prisma, Salesforce). </li><li>Work with APEX leads to ensure billing processes run smoothly for assigned campaigns. </li><li>Log and track all campaign details in Salesforce and internal systems. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Growth</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Social Supervisors and Managers to support strategic planning and reporting. </li><li>Assist in pulling data, crafting insights, and building performance recaps. </li><li>Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training for junior team members. </li><li>Embrace a test-and-learn culture and bring proactive ideas to team discussions. </li><li>Maintain a pulse check on current trends across Social platforms to keep the Social team up to date with what's happening in the industry. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in paid social campaign execution, either at an agency, in-house, or on the platform side. Looking for hands-on-keyboard experience across the following platforms: TikTok, SNAP, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn & Pinterest. </li><li>Foundational knowledge of social media platforms and their ad buying tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat, etc.). </li><li>Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and budget management. </li><li>Familiarity with internal systems such as Prisma, OX, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus. </li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to timelines. </li><li>Naturally curious, collaborative, and motivated to grow in the digital media space. </li></ul> <p>What Sets You Apart</p> <ul> <li>You love social - and have a deep interest in how platforms evolve, how people engage with content, and what drives performance. </li><li>You're solutions-oriented and bring a proactive, can-do energy to your team. </li><li>You're excited by experimentation and welcome opportunities to test new formats and features. </li><li>You're a strong communicator who values transparency, inclusivity, and continuous learning. </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
