Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>PPM Tool Portfolio Associate Project Manager</p> <p>Position Highlights:</p> <ul> <li>The PPM Tool Portfolio Associate PM supports the administration, configuration, and design of PPMO tools while maintaining dashboards, schedules, financials, and system extracts under the guidance of the PPM Tool Portfolio Manager. This role participates in the development of PPM tools roadmap, coordinates tool releases, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts across the organization. </li><li>In addition, the PPM Tool Portfolio Associate PM assists in managing multiple operational and technical projects from initiation through delivery, monitoring dependencies, and aligning resources using PPM tools. Responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking progress, managing change control, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while integrating vendor tasks and supporting documentation and training. The position also contributes to project management training and collaborates on departmental initiatives to strengthen organizational project management capabilities. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Will assist in the setup and maintenance of portfolios, users, and application attributes. Provide input into the creation of the application workflows and templates. Assist in managing dashboards, tiles, and reporting configurations to ensure accurate and timely data visibility. Monitor data integrity and perform routine audits to ensure consistency across the platform. Assist in process mapping </li><li>Monitors and responds to problem management incidents. Assists team members with resolving assigned problem management incidents. Schedules and works with vendors to troubleshoot issues and discuss new technologies. Utilizes vendor support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Interacts routinely with vendors website to properly submit, monitor, and resolve vendor assigned incidents. Coordinate communications between team members, internal customers and other internal support teams to resolve issues, and to assist in escalating issues to leadership </li><li>Assist in Planning and coordinating application releases, upgrades, and deployment of new features. Collaborate with internal and external teams to test and validate new functionality. Support change management and communication efforts related to system update. </li><li>Receives and responds to end user inquiries and incidents, providing timely communication and documentation. Participates in development and delivery of instructional materials for end-user training. Provide first level support to users, addressing questions and resolving basic issues. Develop and provide input in the creation of training materials. Help onboard new users and deliver training on tool functionality and best practices. Contribute to documentation and user guides to improve adoption and usability </li><li>Assist in planning and coordinating project deliverables, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements, and may create and manage project lifecycles within the PPM tool. Under the direction of PPMO Leadership, Program Managers, or Senior Project Managers, supports project coordination and execution. Collaborates with and supports the EPM team on departmental initiatives, process improvement, education, and communication efforts. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the creation of governance, methodology, reporting, </li><li>branding, and training materials. Promotes alignment, efficiency, and adherence to organizational standards across all projects. </li></ul> <p>Credentials and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree - field of study: Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of one (1) year experience, inclusive of the following:</p> </li><li> <p>Using an industry-standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.</p> </li><li> <p>Related project management experience working in a client or patient-focused environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience within a formalized Project Management Office (PMO).</p> </li></ul> <p>Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Associate Project Management - CAPM, Project Management Professional - PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) </li></ul> <p>Share:</p>
