Lower salary ranges will apply for other labor markets outside of NCAL.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>The Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant IV will design and implement solutions that modernize Kaiser Permanente's approach to HEDIS performance reporting. The consultant will support National Quality functions to build pipelines from Databricks to the HEDIS vendor environment and back.</p> <p>This developer is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting moderately complex to complex software, application, data, and automation solutions that enable business, operational, and clinical outcomes. This role owns technical solutions end-to-end, from requirements translation through development, deployment, and ongoing support.</p> <p>Success in this role requires proficiency in Spark SQL, the ability to work across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the ability to automate workflows.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions, gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, preparing data for analytic efforts, and interpreting data analyses.
