<p>Position Title Fiscal Analyst III- Title III Division Title III Department Title III Academic Support Restrict Number of hours per week 37.5 Days to be worked Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Months per year Fiscal (12 months) If modified, list months Job Type Full-Time Campus Avon Williams If other location, please indicate Position Number 114735 Advertised Salary $43,000 - 52,000 Pay Basis Monthly Job Description</p> <p>Tennessee State University Department of Title III invites applications for the position of Fiscal Analyst III.</p> <p>Job overview:</p> <p>Responsible for efficiently processing of purchase and travel requisitions, procurement, account reconciliations, budget revisions, and other related budgetary matters.</p> <p>Monitor all budgets for compliance with federal legislation, state regulations, and university guidelines.</p> <p>Assists the Executive Director in reviewing all grant proposals.</p> <p>Prepares quarterly and yearly financial reports.</p> <p>Oversees daily entries into SciQuest/Banner System.</p> <p>Assist with labor distributions, monthly report and processes labor redistribution.</p> <p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field and two years of managing institutional grant accounts. Proficient in computer applications for word processing and data management. Strong knowledge of Grants Manager or comparable data management system. Strong knowledge of SciQuest/Banner or comparable system.
