With six specialized service divisions and facilities across the U.S., we are a critical partner in accelerating healthcare innovation.</p> <p>We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Manufacturing Technician to join our Manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting new projects and sustaining engineering efforts in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Do you have a knack for troubleshooting processes and helping cross-functional teams deliver quality results on time? As a Manufacturing Technician at LSO, you'll play a key role in launching new products, optimizing production, and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.</p> <p>You'll work alongside manufacturing engineers and project leaders to ensure that we consistently meet customer expectations and internal quality standards.</p> <p>Your Mission</p> <ul> <li>Support new manufacturing projects to ensure timely and successful execution. </li><li>Partner with Manufacturing Engineers to improve processes and update procedures. </li><li>Identify and troubleshoot issues in processes, materials, and equipment. </li><li>Contribute to LSO's mission of delivering quality products on time and within budget. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to improve and revise manufacturing methods. </li><li>Write document change requests and deviations to support ongoing improvements. </li><li>Analyze production inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. </li><li>Interact with customers to support project success and continuous improvement. </li><li>Provide hands-on technical support during all phases of production and engineering activities. </li><li>Adapt to a dynamic workload and perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Experience with instrumentation and electro-mechanical devices (preferred). </li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset. </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly across departments. </li><li>Familiarity with basic software tools for documentation and troubleshooting. </li><li>Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership over assigned tasks. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Reporting Structure</p> <p>This role reports directly to The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and collaborates closely with Manufacturing Engineers and project stakeholders.
