This newly created role ensures smooth project execution, alignment across teams, and high-quality delivery of marketing assets and campaigns. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming requests, manage project workflows, support content and design creation, and work closely with global stakeholders across business units and verticals. Your work will directly enable consistent branding, marketing automation excellence, and improved operational performance.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary intake owner for marketing requests (videos, presentations, content creation, design, webinars, digital assets, etc.), ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with CoE processes. </li><li>Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from briefing through delivery, allocating resources and tracking progress to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. </li><li>Partner closely with business units, verticals, and regional marketing teams to understand needs, maintain alignment, and ensure seamless stakeholder communication. </li><li>Support content and design production by working with internal specialists, providing creative direction, and maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables. </li><li>Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, including direct mailings, customer email journeys, and campaign execution. </li><li>Maintain and organize digital assets to ensure consistent, easy access for key teams. </li><li>Leverage and test marketing tools to enhance performance, including A/B testing, campaign optimization, and reporting dashboards. </li><li>Monitor marketing and technology trends to support innovation, continuous improvement, and best-practice adoption. </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in marketing operations, project management, or digital marketing. </li><li>Strong project management capabilities, highly organized, able to juggle multiple initiatives across teams and time zones. </li><li>Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms. </li><li>Hands-on experience with content and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital channels and experience creating content for multi-channel campaigns. </li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and optimization techniques. </li><li>Logistics industry knowledge is highly beneficial, but not required. </li></ul> <p>This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
