<p>Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations with our warehouse facility. This role is responsible for managing the scheduling of inbound and outbound freight (with both internal and external carriers), verifying inventory accuracy and ensuring clear and consistent communication between internal teams, third-party logistics providers and the customer.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day warehouse activities</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule and managed inbound and outbound freight</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate inventory tracking for incoming and outgoing shipments</p> </li><li> <p>Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager, which will be conveyed in weekly meetings with the customer</p> </li><li> <p>Attend and contribute to the success of weekly customer meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean, well-organized environment</p> </li><li> <p>Support the customer with coordination of building modifications and enhancements as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Support efforts of cost tracking and managing to budget and schedule</p> </li><li> <p>Qualifications:</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience and ability in leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office Tools</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift Certification (preferred)</p> </li></ul>
