<p>Knowledge and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with children in Pre-K, elementary, and/or middle school students in an academic and/or before or after-school setting, preferred. </li><li>Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities. </li><li>Desire to actively engage students in meaningful activities. </li><li>Desire to be a role model for our younger students. </li><li>Ability to apply and model Wakefield Memorial High School's mission statement and core values for our students and staff. </li></ul> <p>Description of Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Model WMHS' Mission Statement and Core Values while engaging our students and staff. </li><li>Engage and support students in our program with academic, social skills, and other fun/social-based activities. </li><li>Assist adult staff with student engagement and structured/free play. </li><li>Assist adult staff prior to the start of Academic and/or Enrichment programs. </li><li>Assist adult staff with transitioning students to different activities, schedules, as well as arrival and dismissal. </li></ul> <p>If you are involved in an after-school activity, please list that in your cover letter.</p> <p>Salary: $16.00 per hour.</p>
