Jun 18, 2025, 403370</p> <p>What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)</p> <ul> <li>Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers </li><li>Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination </li><li>Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process </li><li>Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests </li><li>Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight •Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock </li><li>Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports </li><li>Responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse </li><li>Complete required documentation and other duties as needed </li><li>Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of warehouse </li><li>Maintain quality standards for warehouse storage and service including communication to internal and external customers </li><li>Maintain and ensure a safe working environment </li><li>Complete other duties or tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)</p> <ul> <li>This is an intermediate level position. </li><li>Good interpersonal skills required. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. •Generally prefer 1-3 years of experience. </li><li>Must be familiar with OSHA regulations, able to operate a variety of equipment such as a forklift and a computer, and have strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills. </li><li>Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding; operate hand truck and forklift; and in some cases perform tasks in inclement weather conditions. </li><li>Physical requirements include, but are not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting varying weights up to 50+lbs. </li></ul> <p>We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base rate of $20.00 per Hour. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity.
