At Cornerstone, we value kindness, respect and teamwork.</p> <p>As a Caregiver at Cornerstone, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.</p> <p>Position Type: Part-Time (Every Other Weekend)</p> <p>Shifts Available:</p> <p>Every Other Weekend 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM</p> <p>Wage Range: $17.60 - $20.60 / depending on experience</p> <p>Location: 3750 Lawndale Ln N, Plymouth MN, 55446</p> <p>Caregiver Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) which may include bathing/showering, shampooing of hair, fingernail and foot care and medication administration. </li><li>Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan. </li><li>Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
