<p>Your role</p> <p>Are you a great communicator? Do you have a passion for growing and deepening relationships? We're looking for someone like you who can:</p> <ul> <li>provide critical support to UBS Wealth Management, Private Wealth Divisions by acting as the dedicated point of contact at the UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) </li><li>partner closely with UBS Field FAs, CSAs and the leadership team to drive new client acquisition goals (migrations and referrals) to the WAC </li><li>deliver the client onboarding experience to newly referred and migrated clients by being the initial point of contact and providing white glove experience over the phone </li><li>develop marketing and collateral to effectively position WAC partnerships within your assigned market </li><li>conduct proactive outreach to field partners to engage in practice management conversations, books reviews, and provide education on the benefits of partnering with WAC </li><li>perform onsite meetings and presentations as well as evaluate client needs to deliver appropriate UBS products and services to meet clients' financial goals </li><li>act as dedicated point of contact to our UBS field partners for all their client-related matters and WAC inquires </li><li>become an expert on the entirety of the WAC's products, services and operational framework </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>New York: the salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Because together, we're more than ourselves.</p> <p>We're committed to disability inclusion and if you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.</p> <p>Your expertise</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, Series 7 and Series 66 (required within 150 days of employment) </li><li>ideally, 2+ years financial services industry experience, preferably in a specialist/consultant/wholesaler capacity </li><li>strong public speaking and presentation experience as well as ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with key partners across organization </li><li>passion and commitment to deliver an experience that improves clients & FA relationships </li><li>strong understanding of the wealth management advisory network, consultative selling skills and client experience delivery </li><li>executive presentation skills: ability to present key messages, strategic vision and brand value proposition in a clear, concise and insightful way </li><li>ability to travel within market 10-20% of time </li><li>analytical, organized and can manage competing priorities </li><li>comfortable taking initiative and acting with an entrepreneurial mindset </li><li>self-confident and have the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
