<p>The Microsoft Cloud Business Consultant, Marketing will drive the development and execution of TCS' marketing strategies focused on joint go-to-market initiatives with Microsoft. This position requires close collaboration with both internal TCS teams and external stakeholders to design and implement marketing campaigns that build mindshare, enhance demand generation, strengthen partner engagement, and produce measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will be an accomplished marketer, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to delivering impactful results.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Marketing planning: In close partnership with the Head of Marketing for Cloud and partner/business/GTM stakeholders, develop and deliver partner marketing strategies, plans and execution to advance global business objectives. </li><li>Budgets & funding: Create, execute, and track partner marketing budgets. Ensure the full utilization of Microsoft co-marketing dollars and other incentive programs. </li><li>Content development: Produce high-quality, executive-level thought leadership, marketing toolkits, and other assets to help partners effectively execute marketing programs. </li><li>Build authority: Strengthen TCS brand and executives as trusted industry voices. Develop and maintain a repository of customer references, case studies and testimonials to support sales efforts across regions and bolster our reputation as credible, trusted advisors with deep capabilities and capacity to scale. </li><li>Lead generation: Collaborate on lead generation initiatives to acquire and qualify prospective clients. </li><li>Demand creation: Lead and/or coordinate TCS and partner-driven events, webinars, and other activities to drive awareness and pipeline growth. </li><li>Campaign management: Design, launch, optimize, and measure integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including those developed in partnership with external agencies. </li><li>Event management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events, managing all stages from initial concept through post-event evaluation -- providing on-site support as needed, or facilitating the success of geo and industry teams. Includes the execution of one major flagship event annually. </li><li>Technical knowledge: Understand IT services and technology solutions, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, customer-friendly messaging. </li><li>Communications and enablement: Deliver clear and consistent internal communications that highlight our partnership and articulate our value proposition. Educate and support stakeholders on our IT services offerings and brand messaging, ensuring consistency in how we represent the brand. </li><li>Collaboration: Coordinate with TCS internal teams (including those involved in the Microsoft partnership), executive stakeholders, analyst relations, communications and marketing colleagues from various industries, regions, products, services, internal operations, campaigns, social media, and Microsoft marketing to meet shared objectives. </li><li>Reports: Submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required. </li><li>Team management: Manage two global team members. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>MBA/bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. </li><li>10-15 years of experience, ideally in B2B marketing. </li><li>Experience worki ng in a global IT services or technology company preferred. </li><li>Proven track record developing and executing global marketing programs that drive business growth. </li><li>Excellent writing, storytelling and communications skills. </li><li>Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and work across different levels and functions in a matrixed organization. </li><li>Positive attitude and collaborate approach - flexible, team oriented, and able to drive consensus and make decisions to move forward. </li><li>Willingness to report to the TCS offices in Edison, NJ and New York City, plus travel for major events and partner meetings (up to 10%). </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $139,800-$189,200 a year</p> <p>#LI-AK1</p>
