<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Network Engineer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Englewood, CO.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Network Engineer will support the certification of CPE devices on iCMTS, vCMTS, and RPD infrastructure within Company's network </li><li>Builds and maintains automation tools used to support device testing and certification </li><li>Plans and implements enterprise network components, including both hardware and software </li><li>Designs and documents network architecture in line with business and technical requirements </li><li>Conducts performance and capacity assessments on existing technologies </li><li>Establishes and configures network security protocols, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems </li><li>As a Network Engineer, you will recommend improvements to optimize network infrastructure </li><li>Programs and configures routers, switches, and other networking devices </li><li>Implements both voice and data communications technologies </li><li>Manages network service delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to implementation* 2-5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field </li><li>Experience with enterprise network architecture and infrastructure planning </li><li>Strong knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, and security technologies </li><li>Familiarity with automation tools and scripting is preferred </li><li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus </li></ul>
